These Terms of Use govern your use of this website at gainadvantage.ai, operated by GAIN ADVANTAGE LLC ("gAIn advantage," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
About this site
This website provides general information about our services for auto dealerships and auto finance companies, and hosts the account-verification page used by vehicle account holders. It is for informational purposes and does not by itself create a contract for services. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties.
Text messaging terms (SMS)
gAIn advantage operates the following text-message programs:
1. AI Assistant Demo. Dealers who text DEMO to our published number receive conversational replies from our AI assistant demonstrating the product. The demo responds to each message you send.
2. gAIn Account Verification. gAIn advantage is an independent verification company. When a Buy Here Pay Here vehicle loan is being transferred from a dealership to a finance company, we confirm the details of the account directly with the account holder and report what we find to both sides. We are not the dealership and not the finance company. The questions we ask, how we ask them, and when we ask them are ours; no dealership or finance company writes them or can change what we report.
This program is opt-in only, and the opt-in happens on our own system. An account holder enrolls by submitting the form at verify.gainadvantage.ai/start with the consent box checked. We do not text anyone who has not completed that form. After enrolling, you receive a message to begin, followed by a short series of questions about your vehicle account — approximately 15 messages for a single verification. We do not ask for your Social Security number, your date of birth, or any bank, card or payment information by text.
Messages in this program are sent in English only. The same verification is available on our automated verification line at (904) 365-6781, in English or Spanish.
Message frequency varies by program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive verification texts is not required — the same verification can be completed on our automated verification line. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate and current but make no warranties that it is complete, error-free, or always available. Descriptions of results reflect general expectations, not guarantees for any particular dealership.
Intellectual property
The gAIn advantage name, wordmark, content, and the software behind our services are owned by GAIN ADVANTAGE LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or reverse-engineered without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAIN ADVANTAGE LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
